High Intensity Fitness
Description
High Intensity Fitness is a 20 minutes long session combining short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest.
Classes always start with a warm up and end with a cool down.
This physical activity helps to develop muscle power, stamina, flexibility, and endurance.
The workouts include arm, leg core and back strenghtening work as well as heart. We focus on pushing our limits, listening to our bodies capacities, and having fun.
