Kick Boxing Self Defence
Description
Our course in Kick Boxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide an overall physical conditioning and toning.
Kickboxing is a full-body workout that includes movements such as knee strikes, kicks, and punches.
We start with Light Contact level - kicks and punchs without risk. Once the students are in control of their body movements and strenghts, we shift to Full Contact level with protections. Finally, we move to Full Contact and Low Kicks and Knees.
During the class we dedicate a time to cooling down, which usually includes exercises like push-ups and crunches for strength and stretching for flexibility.
We also offer an Individualized training in Boxing for specific students having an in-depth interest.
